Document Review is offered on all legal notices, documents and/or correspondence, ensuring professionalism in spelling, grammar and sentence construction with an objective analysis of the argument being presented.

It entails a detailed analysis of the legal argument put forth, providing an objective opinion on the logic and reasoning presented in support of a claim or defence.

• Contracts

• Legal opinions or arguments prepared by client

• Legal correspondence

• Court notices and/or documents

A summary report may be requested to provide an objective opinion and advise on the content of the document / contract under review, advising on the clarity of the legal argument or claim and on whether the logic, reasoning and structuring is objectively appropriate and clear to adequately support the legal practitioners claim.
